625 students from 90 Institutes in India participated and 206 abstracts were submitted across 18 Technical Themes. Final round was held at Delhi on May 15th for Top 5 projects submitted. The winning students were awarded HP Mini and Faculty Mentor HP all-in-one. A sponsored trip to HP Headqtrs, Palo Alto, USA was also awarded to the students.
Project Brief : A light weight, cost effective universal remote control primarily designed for Spastic Cerebral Palsy patients and for people with stiff joints. It can be used to control Infrared (IR) based equipments and operates using hand tilts rather than button pressing.
