Assistant Manager - Quality and Accreditation Cell (QAC)
Dhirubhai Ambani University (DAU) is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager for the Quality and Accreditation Cell (QAC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management & Reporting: Assist in the systematic collection, organization, and management of institutional data for NAAC, NIRF, GSIRF, UGC, NEP, and other accreditation/ranking bodies. Coordinate & Work with various official to maintain a centralized data repository to ensure accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of records. Prepare and compile reports required for accreditation, compliance, and policy implementation.
- Accreditation & Compliance: Support the IQAC Director in planning and executing quality assurance activities aligned with accreditation standards and assuring timely implementations of these activities.
- NEP 2020 Implementation: Assist the NEP Coordinator in tracking and facilitating the implementation of NEP 2020 guidelines within the institution.
- Quality Enhancement Initiatives: Assist in conducting internal audits and quality assessments to evaluate institutional performance. Assist in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs on accreditation and quality improvement.
- Assist in organizing meetings, maintaining records, and following up on action plans related to quality and accreditation.
- Submission of institute data after verification to various agencies.
Minimum Requirements:
- The Candidate should be post graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in institutional accreditation, quality assurance, or academic administration is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and data management skills with proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of accreditation frameworks (NAAC, NIRF, GSIRF) and NEP 2020 implementation will be an advantage.
