Assistant Manager – Alumni Office
Dhirubhai Ambani University (DAU) is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager for the Alumni Office, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build and nurture relationships between the university and its nearly ten thousand graduates, friends, students, well-wishers, and donors. The primary objective is to maximize alumni and donor interest in and engagement with DAU.
Duties:
- Organizes and coordinates alumni events such as local chapter meetings, alumni backed outreach activities, weekend campus visits to reach particular constituent groups.
 - Builds alumni membership though personal contacts, events, and presentations to community groups. Develops e-solicitation or mail solicitation projects including idea, design, feedback approval process, and implementation. Processed alumni identity cards.
 - Oversees alumni chapter budgets (raising sponsorships, budget etc.), meetings and activities.
 - Collaborates with alumni affairs colleagues in other offices on campus to develop strategies, goals and objectives for alumni participation.
 - Creates university-community partnerships by recruiting business and community leaders and encouraging continued involvement through group participation.
 - Makes contacts within and outside DAU to obtain new alumni benefits and increase the value of DAU Alumni Office membership.
 
Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements:
- A postgraduate degree in any discipline.
 - Minimum 7 to 10 years
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Proven organizational and event management capabilities.
 - Proficiency in digital marketing and social media.
