We are pleased to inform you that this year marks a significant milestone for us as DAU celebrates its 25th Anniversary (Silver Jubilee). Since our inception in 2001, the University has remained committed to excellence in ICT education and research in India.

To commemorate this, we are organising a one-day seminar titled "Emerging Technologies for a Sustainable and Intelligent Future" on April 10, 2026.

The seminar will feature expert talks by eminent academicians and scientists covering key emerging areas, followed by a Poster Presentation Competition aligned with the seminar themes. The event will recognise and award some of the best poster presentations.

The focused themes are:

• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models
• Quantum Computers and Quantum Computation: Emerging Frontiers in Quantum Science and Technology
• Technologies to Mitigate Climate Change
• Rural Upliftment

These deliberations aim to highlight the role of emerging technologies in shaping a sustainable and intelligent future.

The primary audience will include undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD students from DAU, along with participants from academic and research institutions in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.

The deadline for registration for poster participation is March 20, 2026.
