Position Title: Regional Manager – Corporate Relations & Outreach
Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru (with periodic travel to Gandhinagar campus)
Reporting to: Head – Career Planning, Placement & Marketing
Role Overview
The Regional Manager – Corporate Relations & Outreach will be responsible for strengthening industry-academia engagement, enhancing placement and internship opportunities, and expanding the university’s brand visibility across corporates and feeder schools in South India. The role demands a strategic blend of corporate relationship management, outreach execution, and partnership development to drive tangible outcomes such as placements, internships, academic collaborations, alumni connect and funnel for admissions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Relations & Placement Engagement
- Develop and strengthen relationships with corporates for internships and final placements
- Identify, engage, and on board new recruiters across sectors
- Drive sustained engagement with existing recruiters to ensure repeat participation
- Build strong connects with HR leaders, business heads, and industry stakeholders
2. Industry Partnerships & MoUs
- Initiate and formalize strategic MoUs with corporates and organizations
- Ensure MoUs translate into measurable deliverables such as:
- Value-added certification programs
- Industry-led workshops and boot camps
- Guest lectures and leadership sessions
- Live projects and research collaborations
- Track execution and impact of all partnerships
3. School Outreach & Admissions Support
- Establish partnerships with schools and junior colleges across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and nearby regions
- Conduct:
- Career awareness sessions
- Program presentations
- Engagement with Principals, counsellors, and educators
- Support admissions outreach through lead generation and brand positioning
4. Events, Exhibitions & Brand Representation
- Represent DAU at:
- Education fairs and exhibitions
- Industry forums and conclaves
- Outreach events and institutional collaborations
- Plan and execute regional outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility
5. Internal Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Placement Cell
- Admissions & Marketing teams
- Faculty and academic leadership
- Ensure seamless coordination for corporate visits, outreach activities, and partnership execution
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- MBA / PGDM (Marketing / HR / Business Development preferred)
Experience
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in:
- Corporate Relations
- Campus Placements
- Academic Outreach
