About the Role:

Dhirubhai Ambani University is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and network-rich go-getter to join us as Regional Manager – Corporate Relations & Outreach. In this high-visibility position, you will lead institutional efforts to elevate DAU’s corporate brand, expand marquee recruiter partnerships, and build long-term talent pathways for our students across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Acquisition & Employer Engagement

  • Identify, prospect and on board leading national and global organisations across relevant sectors, including Technology, AI, Data Science, IT/ITES, Consulting, BFSI, Research & Analytics, Electronics, Engineering, and other emerging industries.
  • Develop and execute a structured regional corporate outreach plan aligned with DAU's academic strengths and graduate employability objectives.
  • Build DAU's employer footprint across major corporate hubs and position the University as a preferred destination for high-quality technology and interdisciplinary talent.
  • Identify emerging employers, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), product companies, consulting organisations, technology firms and high-growth enterprises with potential for sustained engagement.
  • Develop sector-specific corporate engagement strategies based on regional market opportunities

2. Placement & Internship Development

  • Generate high-quality placement and internship opportunities for DAU students across relevant programmes and disciplines.
  • Identify organisations with potential for full-time hiring, summer internships, six-month internships, pre-placement opportunities and PPOs.
  • Work closely with the Career Services team to align corporate requirements with eligible student cohorts.
  • Support the planning and execution of campus recruitment drives, virtual hiring processes, pre-placement talks, assessments and interviews.
  • Develop opportunities that contribute to improving recruiter quality, selection outcomes and compensation benchmarks.
  • Gather structured employer feedback following recruitment engagements and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

3. Strategic Corporate Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Identify opportunities for strategic corporate partnerships beyond recruitment.
  • Support development of institutional collaborations covering areas such as:
    • Industry-sponsored projects
    • Research collaborations
    • Corporate mentorship
    • Executive education and corporate learning
    • Sponsored programmes
    • Technology and innovation initiatives
    • Student projects and competitions
    • Joint events and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Support the development and execution of MoUs and other strategic partnership arrangements.
  • Identify opportunities where a recruitment relationship can be developed into a broader institutional partnership.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Master’s degree from a recognized institution in Technology, Management, Human Resource, Business Administration
  • Experience:
    • 10–15 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Corporate Partnerships, Campus Recruitment, Enterprise/B2B Relationship Management.
    • Network Requirement: Active, established network with direct access to CHROs, CXOs, and Vice Presidents of Talent Acquisition across top corporate sectors.

  • Market & Sector Insight: Deep understanding of emerging hiring trends, skill demands, and compensation benchmarks across key sectors.

  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to major corporate hubs across the designated region for engagement and outreach.
