Vinay Kulkarni superannuated from Tata Consultancy Services as TCS Fellow where he led Software Systems & Services research. Presently exploring feasibility of future proofing complex system of systems through innovative integration of Digital Twins, AI and Control Theory. Prior work focused on making software development an engineering endeavour with a-priori guarantees about properties such as correctness, scalability, productivity, maintainability etc. Fellow of Indian National Academy of Engineering, Vinay also serves as Visiting Professor at Aston University Birmingham and Middlesex University London. Also, a keen trekker, long-distance runner, cyclist, and a dabbler in Hindustani classical music.
