We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Senior Network & Security Engineer to design, implement, secure, operate, and maintain the organization’s enterprise/campus network infrastructure.

The position will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, reliability, and security of the network environment, including LAN/WAN, Internet connectivity, firewalls, VPNs, enterprise wireless infrastructure, and associated network security systems.

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise/campus network infrastructure.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routing and switching, VLANs, and network connectivity.
• Configure and manage routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
• Administer and maintain enterprise firewalls, VPNs, and network security solutions.
• Manage and optimize enterprise wireless/Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and security using appropriate network monitoring tools.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network and security-related issues within defined SLAs.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, configuration changes, and maintenance activities.
• Implement network security best practices, access controls, segmentation, and security policies.
• Maintain network documentation, configurations, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and service providers for network-related projects and incident resolution.
• Participate in network architecture planning, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise networking and network security.

• Experience with enterprise networking and security products from vendors such as Cisco, HPE, Juniper, Fortinet, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Experience working in a large campus, university, data center, or enterprise environment will be an added advantage.

Professional certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, JNCIS, or equivalent industry-recognized networking/security certifications will be desirable.
