Biography
Prof. Jayanth R. Varma has extensive experience in financial markets, regulation, and academia; he has served on the RBI Monetary Policy Committee, been a member of SEBI, chaired multiple regulatory committees, held board positions in major organizations, and taught courses on capital markets, risk management, and corporate finance.
Specialization
Financial Markets and Pricing Models, The Financial Sector, International Finance, and Quantitative Modeling.
Publications
He is the author of several books including Derivatives and Risk Management, Portfolio Management, and The Great Indian Scam, and has published extensively in leading journals and edited volumes on financial markets, regulation, and corporate finance.
