I have a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and a Master’s degree in Communication Design from DAIICT, Gandhinagar. Apart from this I hold the CUA, CXA and UXC (Research) professional certifications from HFI and the NN/g.

Before coming to teaching, I consulted for over a decade as an Interaction Designer in India, Singapore and South Africa. I have also contributed to the field through articles, mentorships, webinars and workshops for organizations like Miro, UserZoom, DBS, 47East and HCIPAI.
